Food Challenge Friday – Paleo Almond & Linseed Bread. 11th November 2016
We thought we’d try a Paleo recipe, using all whole foods and honestly, this loaf was divine. More like an afternoon tea bread, it was delicious topped with butter and was full of linseeds and almonds. Linseeds are one of the richest sources of omega 3 fatty acids and have so many health benefits. Almonds are a good source of vitamins and minerals.
