GP After Hours Mount Lawley has committed to a work place challenge to improve our Mental Health and Wellbeing.

We are passionate about our food so our aim is to change one meal (or dessert) per week for a healthier but just as tasty alternative. We want to improve our nutrition, connect socially within our team and most importantly – have fun together sampling our recipes.

Commit to your own personal challenge or join us in ours. If you have any great recipes that you have tried and tested, take a photo of your creation and email it and your recipe to [email protected]
